Quality
=======

Usage: `quality(amount)`

Description
-----------

This filter changes the overall quality of the JPEG image (does nothing
for PNGs or GIFs).

Arguments
---------

- ``amount`` - ``0 to 100`` - The quality level (in %) that the end image will
feature.
